For Long Stay Reservations (3 months or more) the cost can be calculated by deducting 50% discount from the appropriate Daily Rate.
Utopia card members receive a 10% discount from the standard Daily Rate (not the discounted Rates.)

Terms and Conditions

• All prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to an additional charge of 7% VAT (Value Added Tax) and a 10% Service Charge.
• Prices are per room per night. All rooms can accommodate 2 persons. If an extra bed is required there will be an additional charge of Baht 300 per night but please note that not all rooms will accommodate an extra bed so check with us before making your reservation.
• All reservations must be paid in full upon check in ( We accept Cash, Visa and Master Card).

  

• Check in time: 13:00 : Check out time : 12:00 noon

  Late Check Out Fees
  Up to 3pm and only if room available – no extra charge.
  Up to 7 pm and only if room available – 50% of the Daily Room Rate.
  After 7pm and only if room available – full charge.

• Cancellation Fee. Kindly note that if you cancel your reservation (all or part) after you have checked in, there will be no refund given.
• Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal parents.
• Upon check in, all aliens ( foreigners) must present their passport to the reception desk, in order to fill the information required by Thailand Immigration Department.
